My grandson is so excited because he will spend the weekend with my son on the mountain where they will be camping and hunting.  They, along with all of our people, are fortunate to have access to public lands and to enjoy the outdoor experiences our great state has to offer. These lands are part of our heritage. Public lands should not become property that can be sold to special interest groups or worse, to multinational corporations. I oppose any attempt to seize these lands and limit public access and enjoyment.  Strict laws and regulations that protect public access are needed before I could consider seizure of any of our public lands.

If you share my concern, you may want to go to Trout Unlimited to read more and look at the petition on their site.

I would also like to recommend Randy Newberg’s video on how a public lands transfer would effect Wyomingites.
